In partnership with Isobar we led a 2 years-long project creating DT’s integrated sales and service mobile app concept that now has been implemented in 9 countries – each with their own technological, business and cultural contexts.

Millions of people use the app, our user tests proved it was by far the best self-care solution in the global telco market in 2016.
